Customer Supply Chain Partner
Field Based UK – Regular travel

Müller Milk & Ingredients are recruiting for a Customer Supply Chain Partner. The Customer Supply Chain Partner is the key liaison between our business and select customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations and strategic alignment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers.
- Lead regular performance reviews with customers and internal teams.
- Manage business change communications and event planning (e.g. product changes, seasonal peaks).
- Monitor and support improvements in customer product performance metrics (e.g. waste, availability).
- Drive value chain initiatives to enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
- Represent the Supply Chain function in internal customer teams and contribute to account planning.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management.
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery.
- Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable.
- Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for site and customer visits.
