The Governing Body of Blaenhonddan Primary School wish to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and highly committed teaching assistant to work in our Foundation Phase. They will join a skilled team of staff and work within our mainstream school.
The successful candidate must have experience of working with pupils who have complex learning needs. They must be empathic, calm, resourceful, resilient and enthusiastic about working with children. They must able to support strategies aimed at maximising learner outcomes, be a good communicator and team member. You must also be caring, flexible and approachable in order to help motivate learners to succeed. It is important you are reliable and able to take responsibility and have the ability to work collaboratively.
