Summary
Temporary Teaching Assistant Level 2 (6 positions available)
Temporary until 31st August 2026 in the first instance.
The Governing Body of Blaenhonddan Primary School wish to appoint an excellent and highly committed Teaching Assistant Level 2. They will join a skilled team of staff and work within our mainstream school. You will work and receive instruction under the direct supervision of the class teacher.The successful candidate must have experience of working with pupils who have complex learning needs. They must be empathic, calm, resourceful, resilient and enthusiastic about working with children. They must able to support strategies aimed at maximising learner outcomes, be a good communicator and team member. You must also be caring, flexible and approachable in order to help motivate learners to succeed. It is important you are reliable and able to take responsibility and have the ability to work collaboratively.
