Summary
Number of Pupils on roll: 449The Governing Body of Tywyn Primary School wish to appoint an excellent and highly talented Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support high quality learning opportunities for our pupils.You will work with class teachers to contribute to the planning, the delivery and to evaluate pupil progress within a progressive, skill-based program for learning. You will also be passionate about working with our pupils and be able to deliver a range of intervention programs to support children’s learning and development.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children within a highly inclusive environment, be able to support strategies aimed at maximizing pupils’ skills and well-being, be a good communicator and a committed team member. You must be caring, flexible and approachable for our staff, pupils and parents in order to help motivate learners to succeed. It is important that you are reliable and able to take responsibility. You must be able to maintain a positive, supportive learning environment and show the ability to work collaboratively with our whole team to benefit our children.
