Are you a nurturing, passionate childcare professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children?
Our client is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a setting where creativity, care, and curiosity are at the heart of everything they do.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development during their most formative years. You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming environment where every child is encouraged to explore, play, and thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Commitment to providing high-quality early years education in a diverse and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and record children’s progress, ensuring their development and well-being are always prioritised
- Support the promotion of diversity, equality, and inclusion across the setting
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, passionate team
