Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – From £32,000 | 40 Hours per week, All year round

Our client is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a setting where creativity, care, and curiosity are at the heart of everything they do.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development during their most formative years. You’ll be part of a warm, welcoming environment where every child is encouraged to explore, play, and thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
  • Commitment to providing high-quality early years education in a diverse and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
  • Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe and record children’s progress, ensuring their development and well-being are always prioritised
