We're hiring an Internal Auditor to join our Swavesey team. You'll conduct internal audits, assess compliance with AS9100 and other quality standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal audits across manufacturing and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Work collaboratively with departments to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in internal auditing, preferably within manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
- Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with ISO 19011 auditing principles is a plus.
