Your new role
We are hiring for both general classroom support roles and specialist SEN support jobs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teachers during core subjects like Maths and English
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils
- Assisting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Helping with classroom organisation and learning displays
What you'll need to succeed
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
- Social care or youth support jobs
- Residential care jobs
- Nurseries or early years jobs
- Volunteering or mentoring jobs with children or young people
You don't need to be a qualified Teaching Assistant - if you're patient, caring, and confident working with children, we'll help you find the right job for the new academic year.
