This is a unique opportunity for a passionate childcare professional to take the next step in their career, helping to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.
About the Role

Support and develop staff through effective coaching and mentoring
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
Collaborate closely with the Deputy Head (Prep School) to support pupil retention into the next stage of their education

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (as per the Early Years Qualification List)
At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory requirements
Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

A proactive and nurturing approach to early childhood education
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and early learning experiences
