Summary
Overview:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the organisation
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive work environment
- Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Assist in planning and organizing activities for children, promoting their development and well-being
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and budget management
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficient in organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of nursery operations and early childhood education principles
