An exciting job opportunity at Canterbury City Council as a Case Service Officer Level 1 (Waste and Facilities).

We are a team of Case Officers delivering frontline services to the Canterbury district. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a friendly team where learning and development are the norm, read on.

We are looking for and enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

Those who would like to start a career in customer service administration;
Candidates who have some experience of delivering or supporting the delivery of council services
Salary £27,958.94
Cost of living pay award negotiated annually as a salary increase

We offer a generous annual leave entitlement! You will receive 23 days (pro rata) annual leave, which increases with service, plus bank holidays, PLUS 3 given days which are usually used over the Christmas period when our main offices are closed.
We do not work on Bank Holidays.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
Permanent contract, 37 hours per week
