Crynodeb
The position of the Workforce Support Officer (WSO) is to be the focal point on matters associated with the assignment of personnel into and from the SFS area of responsibility. To collaborate closely with the relevant external authorities in order to ensure maximum provision of personnel into the Babcock Placed Personnel positions with the SFS vision - for RN technical to have access to broad and gainful employment as a member of the BM workforce for the benefit of sustainable sea-shore ration and various circulation of skills from sea to shore. They will also help in promoting the naval ethos and strive to uphold Personal Function Standards, IAW wider Royal Navy Policy.
