We are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a dedicated Humanities faculty from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students through the study of both physical and human geography and to make a lasting impact on their understanding of the world.
Duties as a Geography Teacher:
Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that foster curiosity and global awareness
Monitor and support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
Contribute to curriculum development and cross-curricular links with other humanities subjects
Support wider school initiatives such as fieldwork, enrichment activities, and trips
Ideal Geography Teacher:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Have a strong academic background and subject knowledge in Geography
Be committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Geography Teacher.
Be a collaborative and enthusiastic team player
