This is a full-time, 1-year fixed term role with hybrid working (2-3 days office based), and a salary of £37,526 - £41,613 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Data Performance Analyst to join our Systems, Performance and Communities team.
The Role:
The Data Performance Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within Adult Social Care at RBWM. The postholder will be responsible for extracting, analysing, and visualising data using SQL and Power BI to support performance monitoring, statutory reporting, and service improvement initiatives. This role will contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that inform strategic planning and operational delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing outcomes for residents.
Your role will involve:
Supporting statutory data returns.
Creating social care interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Support the production of statutory returns and internal performance reports.
Work with corporate teams with quarterly data to support service improvement.
Support Adult Social Care performance management.
What we are looking for:
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data visualisation and performance reporting.
Understanding of GDPR and data governance.
