1 x 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, full year (Nursery open 8am-6pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Room Leader to join our warm and welcoming nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills and a strong understanding of early childhood development to make a real difference.
This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children. We aim to provide a safe, happy and caring environment where children can learn skills, values and knowledge laying a secure foundation for future learning.
You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent and minimum 1 year of experience in a room leader or similar supervisory role. Have strong Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices and excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the daily operations of your designated room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
· Support and mentor team members to deliver outstanding care and learning opportunities.
· Plan, observe, and assess children’s learning and development in line with EYFS requirements.
· Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and other professionals.
· Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety.
