We are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our domiciliary care team. In this rewarding role, you’ll support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while receiving high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and use of equipment (e.g., hoists)
Supporting with meal preparation, feeding, and medication prompts
Companionship and emotional support
Light domestic duties to support daily living
Accurate record-keeping and reporting concerns to senior staff
Travelling between service users’ homes (mileage paid)
What We’re Looking For:
A kind, compassionate, and patient nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Experience in care is a plus, but full training is provided
A right to work in the UK
