Summary
Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Salary: Up to £27,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (across 5 or 4.5 days)

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5. You’ll play a key role in supporting their early development in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years, or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of EYFS and current early years legislation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, families, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of development
- Monitor, observe, and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records and sharing updates with parents and the team
- Work collaboratively with a diverse and friendly team to maintain a high standard of care and education
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
