Our management team is passionate and supportive and lead the setting with a clear vision to provide the very best outcomes for children in our care.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in shaping young children’s early experiences, supporting their development from birth to five. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment will bring learning to life, ensuring that each child’s interests and developmental needs are met. You will plan and deliver enriching activities tailored to a group of key children, providing stimulating learning opportunities while prioritising their safety and well-being.
At Toddletown, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. You will collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team to create a warm, organised, and child-focused nursery environment. Building strong relationships with families is an essential part of this role, keeping parents informed about their child’s progress and ensuring open, professional communication.

Safeguarding is our top priority, so we are seeking individuals who are deeply committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care. The ability to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is fundamental to the role. While previous nursery experience is highly beneficial, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates who share our passion for early years education.
