The Role
Working in various communities across the borough you will be part of a responsive team that engages young people involved in or at risk of anti-social behaviour. You will offer support and guidance for young people and signpost them into local positive activities.
About You
Happy to work in all weathers and a real passion for working with young people and the community. You will need to be patient, a good communicator and have the ability to use your initiative in an ever changing environment. With a basic level of fitness you will be happy to walk in various communities during unsociable hours. You will have the ability to complete monitoring forms and reports based on the information gathered during the sessions. Be confident in attending multi agency meetings. You must have experience of working in the youth / outreach / detached field of work.
