Crynodeb
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bar Manager to who would be excited and passionate about leading the team at The Causeway Bar.
Location - Undy AFC Caldicot
Payrate - £15 per hour
This position will be managed on a 2-week rota basis including weekends and will be an average of 42 hours per week.
Duties/Responsibilities include
Leading, training and managing all bar staff.
Be responsible for ordering and receiving Stock from suppliers and the brewery.
Accepting Deliveries from suppliers and the brewery.
Open and closing of the premises between the hours of 4pm - midnight weekdays and midday - midnight on weekends.
The Ideal candidate will have
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of relevant legislation including licencing act & Health and Safety
Excellent interpersonal skills
Management or supervisory experience
The passion to take ownership of the role and deliver results
