About the Role
Do you want to help the Adults and Communities Department improve the quality of the services people receive and do you enjoy interacting with people?
If so, would you like to join a friendly team where you will be responsible for gathering the views of people about their experiences of using adult social care services and views of staff who work for providers of services?
This role will involve making telephone calls speaking to people face-to-face at a variety of locations around the county and sending out written questionnaires and you will be required to use a variety of IT applications including MS forms, Excel and Word.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
• Be able to work independently and together with other members of the team
• Be committed to complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship - Customer Service Practitioner. You will be given full training and time to complete the apprenticeship and will be supported to develop your skills in working with people, understanding information and data analysis.
• Be experienced in using IT applications such as Excel, Outlook, MS Forms and Word.
• Be able to speak with people at ease and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
• Have an ability to understand data and balance risk and have an awareness of safeguarding people at risk of harm.
• Be able to produce summary reports accurately recording the answers shared by people and staff to be used in reports.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and understand the importance of GDPR and data protection.
You must also understand and have a commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
In addition, we expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
