About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Quality and Contract Officer whose role is to:
• Monitor service providers and contractual arrangements to address issues of performance and compliance
• Effectively support providers of adult social care services to improve practice and performance
• Proactively support providers to meet objectives, improving the quality of services
• Ensuring positive outcomes for people and carers are achieved by supporting commissioned service providers to adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
• NVQ level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent level of relevant experience
• Experience and knowledge of providing social care or health services
• Experience in preparing written and financial reports
• Understanding of risk management at an operational level
• Ability to recognise good performance and address poor performance collaboratively using the provider's knowledge and expertise to develop an outcome-based solution.
• Experience in successfully managing relationships with internal/external customers and partners
• Self-motivation and the ability to meet demanding timescales and work under pressure.
