McGinley are seeking a Construction Site Operative with experience in excavation, minor drainage, and groundwork to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out excavation work, ensuring safe digging practices around underground utilities.
- Install minor drainage systems, including pipes and chambers.
- Assist with groundworks and reinstatement, ensuring a high standard of finish.
- Operate small plant and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- £15.90 an hour Paye Umbrella
- Experience in excavation, drainage, and groundwork.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
