Summary

McGinley are seeking a Construction Site Operative with experience in excavation, minor drainage, and groundwork to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out excavation work, ensuring safe digging practices around underground utilities.
  • Install minor drainage systems, including pipes and chambers.
  • Assist with groundworks and reinstatement, ensuring a high standard of finish.
  • Operate small plant and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card (Essential)
  • £15.90 an hour Paye Umbrella
  • Experience in excavation, drainage, and groundwork.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
