Part Time 14.8 hours per week
Band 2 - Salary Range £25,694 to £27,900 per annum (pro rata)
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,380 per annum (pro rata)

Clerical Officers provide general clerical support to the secretarial team to ensure that clinics, theatre sessions, reception services and ward clerical work is organised in an efficient and timely manner and that patient data and clinical notes are filed correctly and efficiently.

Interested? If so you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively in a team, together with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. With a good standard of general education, you will also need to be able to demonstrate computer literacy and be able to work under pressure to non-negotiable deadlines.

You will be expected to comply with the Induction Standards and Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers within 3 months of commencing your role – details can be viewed on http://www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk/resources/hcsw-standards-and-codes/
