Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
In this vital role, you’ll support students with a range of needs, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students engage with learning, develop emotional regulation, and build confidence within the school community.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting students in the classroom and during unstructured times
• Helping implement individual education and behaviour plans
• Assisting with emotional regulation and building student resilience
• Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals
• Providing a calm, consistent presence and promoting a positive school experience
