The Role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in leading and supporting a team to provide high-quality care in our children’s homes. You’ll ensure a safe and nurturing environment, helping young people reach positive outcomes by addressing their physical, emotional, and practical needs. Your leadership will guide the team in achieving a better quality of life for the children in your care.

Essential Criteria:
• Experience as a Team Leader in Residential Setting is a requirement for this role.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 2 years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, support, and guide staff effectively.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and relevant legislation.
• Ability to manage and produce accurate reports on the day-to-day activities of young people.
Desirable Criteria:
• At least 2 years' experience in residential care for young people.
