We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Minute Taker – Grade D to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings across various levels of the organization. As a Minute Taker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that important information is accurately recorded and disseminated to relevant parties. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to synthesize information quickly will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our meetings. You will work closely with meeting facilitators and participants to prepare agendas, capture insights during discussions, and produce comprehensive minutes that are clear and concise. Responsibilities
Attend meetings and accurately record discussions and decisions made.
Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings in a timely manner.
Collaborate with meeting organizers to ensure all necessary agenda items are covered.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during meetings.
Review and revise minutes for clarity, tone, and accuracy before dissemination.
Ensure that all action items are clearly documented with assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that action items are completed as agreed.
Requirements
Proven experience in taking minutes or a similar administrative role.
Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
Excellent listening skills to capture details accurately during discussions.
Proficiency in using word processing software and other relevant tools for documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to remain focused and attentive during long meetings.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.47
