Responsibilities
Assist with assessments and interventions for children and families in need
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files and reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and community services
Participate in case conferences, meetings, and reviews to discuss progress and strategies
Support service users in accessing resources and services relevant to their needs
Engage with families and individuals using a person-centered approach to foster trust and rapport
Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and strategies for clients
Adhere to child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent
Up to 2 years post-ASYE experience in a relevant social work setting
Demonstrated understanding of social work principles and practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency framework
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice

Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.28
