We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ASW Assistant Team Manager/Practice Manager to join our team at the London MOC. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Team Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders. You will play a key part in developing and managing staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and improvement, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards. Your ability to engage with service users, assess their needs, and promote a culture of inclusivity and support will be essential. Responsibilities
Assist the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations and service delivery.
Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff members.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Engage with service users to assess and address their needs effectively.
Implement initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Facilitate communication between team members, management, and external stakeholders. values
Requirements
Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare or support service environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in performance management and staff development practices.
Proficient in using relevant software and technology for reporting and communication.
