About the Role:

You will oversee three teachers and one LSA, working closely with the pastoral team to ensure a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and curriculum delivery through regular QA processes
- Promote outdoor learning, life skills, and enrichment activities such as Forest School, cooking, and orienteering
- Support safeguarding practices and uphold a trauma-informed approach to education
- Manage departmental resources and contribute to whole-school development

What We Offer:
- A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team
