Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to learners
- Be a positive role model in the classroom
- Assist the teacher with preparing resources and learning activities
- Build strong relationships with staff, learners, and families
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Bring enthusiasm and dedication to work every day
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
- Previous experience working with children (SEN experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Confidence and motivation to guide students in their learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
