Ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of staff and customers, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for housing management systems, CRM platforms, and other business-critical applications.
You will monitor performance and resolve incidents and assist in data quality checks, reporting, resting and compliance requirements.
You will also get the chance to contribute to digital inclusion and self-service initiatives by supporting customer-facing platforms and portals.

About You:
With an existing knowledge of SQL and relationship databases, you will also have experience of application support and ticket handling within a ticketing system.
A problem solver, you will be able to provide excellent customer service support, ideally in a Housing Association environment.
