Role Overview

As a Trainee Lift Engineer, you will be expected to;
• Work alongside a qualified Lift Engineer
• Study towards completing your NVQ Level 3
• Help towards completing New Lift Modernisations
• Get involved with planning of engineering works
• Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines.
• Stay away overnight as and when required
• Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
Required Experience
You will train towards completing your NVQ Level 3. You will develop all-round knowledge of lift equipment and to the point that you can work independently and demonstrate that you can apply lift engineering principles to Installation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering background that wishes to pursue an interesting career with a world-renowned company. We are interested in receiving applications from candidates with a demonstrable background in Engineering (NVQ’S BTEC or similar) Lift Mates / Improvers wishing to gain their NVQ Level 3 or already qualified Installation Engineers
