What skills and experience we're looking for

Teacher of PE

Full time, Permanent role

M1 - UPS3: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

Start date - September 2025

We are seeking to appoint a passionate, enthusiastic, committed and well qualified PE teacher who can make a significant contribution to both the department and extra-curricular sporting opportunities for all our students. The successful candidate will be expected to teach PE across at all key stages, be willing to run after school activities, get involved in fixtures across the county and coordinate sporting events with our feeder primaries.

South Wolds is a high attaining, semi-rural- popular school located in the village of Keyworth in Nottinghamshire which is only 6 miles from West Bridgford. We are also a founding partner of the East Midlands Education Trust, committed to providing a first class education for all of our students.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
