What skills and experience we're looking for
St Therese of Lisieux Catholic Primary School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to join our hardworking, dedicated team. The role will include some lunchtime play leader duties. St Therese is a caring, supportive school that values high standards, expectations and achievements, but also seeks to ensure that the pupils enjoy their experience of school and develop their full range of talents in a caring, Catholic community.
The successful candidate will:
• Put children’s safety and wellbeing first
• Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
• Support the teacher in providing learning opportunities to ensure all children reach their potential
• Be highly motivated with a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all children
• Be actively involved in all aspects of school life
