Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The school wishes to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and imaginative HLTA to support the learning of pupils. This position commences on 1stSeptember 2025.

The successful candidate will work with teachers to support teaching and learning through leading on the provision of specialist support to both the teacher and school, by covering classes and interventions as required, alongside supporting learning within the classroom.

Applicants will possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The school is looking for applicants with excellent communication and IT skills, who can develop effective relationships with pupils and colleagues, and be able to follow teachers’ plans and also take the initiative when appropriate.

Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification. Candidates must only apply using the application form provided; CV’s will not be accepted.
