Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Grade F. SCP 17 £30,060 - SCP 22 £32,654

Hours Per Week: 36 hours including weekends and Bank Holidays, Sleep-In duties as and when required

Base Location: Dukinfield Town Hall, King Street, Dukinfield, SK16 4LA

The Role

As an enthusiastic and motivated individual this is a great opportunity to take that first step into management and develop your supervisory skills as an effective operational manager, leading developing and motivating the team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational supervision of a team of support workers. You will also play a key role in providing packages of care and delivering quality services in line with legislation.

You will be expected to lead, develop and motivate team members and work towards delivering person centred services.

About You

You will have experience of current issues in Health and Social Care with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.

An extensive training programme supports the post, this includes CQF3. With a commitment to ongoing professional development and the opportunity to fulfil your potential.

You should have previous experience of working within a Health and Social Care setting.
