The Role:New City College are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to play a vital role in supporting our students to gain valuable experience in the workplace. Employer engagement is key to the success of this role. Who You Are:You should possess superb communications skills and have experience in delivering work experience opportunities for young people. You will build, develop and maintain relationships with local, regional and national organisations to provide employer engagement opportunities for our students, through developing existing relationships, cold calling and networking opportunities. Key Responsibilities:The role will involve travel across London to visit employers and NCC campuses. You will be responsible for securing work experience and industry placements for a caseload of 16-18 year old students across New City College in a given curriculum area such as Health & Social Care, Early Years, Sports, Creative Industries, IT and Science. You will work with curriculum leads to identity and deliver appropriate opportunities for students, ensuring that you maintain excellent relationships with employers, curriculum teams and students.
