Specific Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Strategy Clearly define the scope of digital projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a mutual understanding of expected outcomes. Create detailed design and requirements, process maps, project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources needed, to achieve project objectives. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution. Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and budget, effectively across projects. Execution and Monitoring Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring compliance with the project plan and specifications. Regularly check project progress against goals and timelines, adjusting strategies as needed. Implement quality control processes to maintain standards in all digital outputs. Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle through well-crafted management reports, including detailed RAID log, scope, plans (milestones, communications, test, training, cutover and handover) and benefits baseline.
