Summary

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth technology start-up based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to recruit a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative business that is supporting some of the world’s most recognisable consumer electronics brands. With a clear roadmap for scale and success, the business is looking for a commercially focused and values-led HR Business Partner to help shape and lead the people agenda as they continue their exciting growth journey.

What will the HR Business Partner role involve?

Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on all People matters.


Own and develop the organisation’s People strategy and lead key initiatives across recruitment, performance, engagement, and employee relations.


Be the culture ambassador, embedding values across the business and creating a progressive, inclusive working environment.


Lead the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, appraisals, training and development, and succession planning.


Design and implement people policies and procedures in line with best practice and legal compliance.


Develop a performance management framework and drive talent development conversations across the business.


Analyse and present People data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.


Lead on change management as the business scales and ensure alignment of people operations with business goals..


Suitable candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:

A strategic and hands-on HR professional with experience in a senior HR or People Business Partner role.


Ideally holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification


Previous experience within a start-up or scale-up, ideally in tech or telecommunications, is highly advantageous.


Demonstrated ability to create and deliver scalable People frameworks and programmes.


Strong knowledge across key HR disciplines including talent acquisition, employee relations, culture, and learning and development.


Confident in employment law and able to advise at a senior level on ER matters.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.


Agile, solutions-focused and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
