We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded IT & Digital Contract Support Partner to join our forward-thinking IT & Digital Transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we work with our technology partners and suppliers to deliver outstanding digital services for our community.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing vendor relationships and ensuring our IT contracts deliver real value:
Managing and optimising relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
Leading on contract negotiations, compliance and performance monitoring.
Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with digital goals.
Driving value through effective sourcing, contract management and supplier performance.
Keeping our application portfolio up to date and ensuring all vendor documentation is in place.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking someone with a strong commercial mindset and a collaborative approach who can bring the following:
A confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven experience in IT contract management, ideally within the public sector.
A solid understanding of procurement regulations and contract law.
Commercially savvy with a keen eye for risk, performance and continuous improvement.
A collaborative team player who can work across departments to deliver results.
