Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a high-performing global recruitment team on a 12-month FTC in Liverpool.
Duties:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of tech roles
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across a matrix organisation
- Coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless hiring processes
- Delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, global setting
What you'll need to succeed
- Structured and detail-orientated
- Ability to build relationships
- Basic knowledge of HR
- Familiar with Recruitment Systems
- Tech recruitment experience
