Job Title: Project Worker - Homeless Charities (Lambeth)
Location: Lambeth, London
Pay: £14.50 + holiday pay (£16.25 PAYE) or £18 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary
DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS (Adult & Child Workforce) on the Update Service

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a number of well-respected homeless charities in Haringey who are looking for experienced Project Workers to support vulnerable individuals on a temporary basis.
If you have experience in homelessness services and are passionate about helping those in need, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals experiencing homelessness
- Complete assessments and contribute to personalised support plans
- Record and update client notes and handovers accurately using basic IT systems
- Assist with care plans in collaboration with key workers and support staff
- Accompany clients to appointments as needed
- Ensure hostels are maintained to health and safety standards (light cleaning may be required)
- Manage a caseload effectively, maintaining proactive client engagement
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within homelessness, housing, or social care
- Experience managing a caseload
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathetic, compassionate, and client-focused
- Confident working with individuals with dual diagnosis
- Comfortable around pets (some clients may have dogs)
- Proficient with basic IT for daily documentation
