Are you looking for an exciting administration role within a new initiative in HCT?
We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who have a high attention to detail.
The role demands excellent self-management and prioritisation skills to offer a high-quality admin service. You will work in a collaborative way to ensure a smooth and efficient service. You will be responsible for specific tasks and will have a positive influence on those around you.
The post holder will work within the referral service administration team for the Neurodiversity pathway for children and young people across Herts who would benefit from a pre-assessment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or an autism assessment.The role will provide admin support to the multi-disciplinary clinical teams across partner organisations.

· Have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.
· Undertake a range of administration tasks, including processing referrals, letters and reports.
· Be a point of contact for enquiries and communication from patients, families and professionals with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
· Prioritise and manage own workload and take personal responsibility for a number of specific tasks, providing cross cover for tasks/responsibilities for any service should the need arise.
· Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded on our clinical system database
· Work well as a team under pressure in a busy environment
· Share information and escalate issues when appropriate
· Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
You will receive full support and training to undertake all aspects of the role, you need to bring enthusiasm, energy and a flexible approach to work.

The fixed-term posts are based in Welwyn Garden City. There might also be an opportunity for a proportion of your time to be home working based on Trust guidance (to be discussed and agreed with your line manager based on service needs).
In addition to the basic salary, this post will attract a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum and a maximum payment per annum, pro rata where applicable.
For this role you will need to have a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
