Crynodeb

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work within a busy company who offer stove installation and chimney sweeping. The role will be based at the waterfront of Helensburgh. We are looking to hear from proactive, customer focused individuals preferably with experience of customer service who thrive within a busy environment.

Knowledge of Excel, ACT!, SAGE and Google diary would be helpful but training can be given.
Ability to answer and make phone calls, create invoices, type estimates, schedule appointments, responding to emails and filing are an essential part of the role.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: Tue, Wed ,Thurs 10-2
More hours available during busy periods
