Location: Egerton, Bolton
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Third-Party Claims Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team in Bolton. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and handling complex claims with confidence, this could be your ideal next move.
Your Role
As a Third-Party Claims Specialist, you will:
Manage third-party vehicle and property damage claims from start to finish
Handle a portfolio of claims efficiently, prioritising cases by complexity
Investigate liability and liaise with internal teams and external parties
Deal with high-value and disputed liability claims
Collaborate with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
Identify potential fraudulent activity and escalate appropriately
Provide a smooth, customer-focused claims journey
What We’re Looking For
2+ years' experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary bracket)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CII Certificate (or willingness to study – full support provided)
Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Maths (or equivalent)
