Your Role
As a Third-Party Claims Specialist, you will:
Manage third-party vehicle and property damage claims from start to finish
Handle a portfolio of claims efficiently, prioritising cases by complexity
Investigate liability and liaise with internal teams and external parties
Deal with high-value and disputed liability claims
Collaborate with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
Identify potential fraudulent activity and escalate appropriately
Provide a smooth, customer-focused claims journey
What We’re Looking For
2+ years' experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary bracket)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CII Certificate (or willingness to study – full support provided)
Minimum GCSE Grade C in English & Maths (or equivalent)
