Crynodeb
This is a General Ophthalmology job and you will be a independent decision maker with support from the wider Consultant Team. The post holder will be expected to be flexible to meet the demands of the Service and work accross a range of sub-specialities as needed. The post holder will also be expected to develop a deeper understanding of management issues within Teaching Hospital Departments and the wider Trust. The post holder may be expected to cover on-call duties and also frequently review casualty and general ophthalmology patients.
