Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in St Leonards on Sea . We have permanent part time positions available, 30 hours per week
This is a supported Living Service where 7 people share their house. There are 3 gentleman and 4 ladies who enjoy living together and living life to the full. You will provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities and your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.
What we're looking for:
· A genuine passion for supporting others.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
·Part-time: 30 hours per week
.Relief/Bank: zero hour contract
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
